  • Restored the South Building cornice (Soffit, fascia & frieze) as well as Acrymax gutter and restore dormers

  • Rebuilt damaged historic brackets under cornice

  • Installed copper downspouts & leaders

  • Removed and replaced 5 windows with new windows

  • Restored 27 Historic Windows, pediment, columns & doors
