is luxurious and reminiscent of Victorian times. The kitchens have

efficiency aspects incorporated into the design. We are using geothermal
technology to heat and cool the apartments at extremely low cost. We are
using two 15Kw photovoltaic systems to convert the sun's energy into
electricity so that the costs to run the common areas are very low.
There is some off street parking, enclosed by gates, and electronic code
access. Additionally there is a large municipal parking deck about 100’
away.
